Charleston Waterfront Wedding Details

I met this sweet couple last year when I shot their engagement photos at Cypress Gardens. I knew Autumn would have all the perfect details at her wedding since she is also a wedding photographer.

My team started the day capturing Autumn getting her hair and makeup done by her sister. They got ready at an airbnb near Edisto Beach.

After getting full glam and popping some champagne, we took a golf cart ride to the beach. I hid autumn in a literal shed while we waited for Jamie to arrive for their first look. Following, I set Jamie up on a private dock and they shared a romantic first look. We took a ton of couples portraits and then headed to the ceremony location.

Once my team arrived at Bayfront park, we started photographing the reception and ceremony space. Momentarily, the lovely ceremony began. Autumn and Jamie’s dog shared the stage with them. Beside the ceremony on the water, was the reception space where everyone had a delicious meal. After, we shot some family photos and a few more couples portraits on the dock.

Next came some heartfelt speeches, first dances and blue grass jams. The kids swirled streamers and danced the night away! Later on, my favorite part happened to be when one of Autumns friends sang her a very special song.

To conclude, the couple ended the night with a glamorous sparkler exit and took off on their honeymoon the next day.
