Boone Hall Wedding Pictures

The Details

To start, I photographed Amanda getting glammed up at Jason’s airbnb in Downtown Charleston. The property was super cute and a fantastic spot to capture all of Amanda’s details. Silhouette on site did a great job with her hair and makeup. At the same time, my second shooter, Kent hung-out with the guys as they got dressed.

Ceremony & Reception

Following getting ready photos, the ladies took a bus over to Boone Hall. Furthermore, we took a ton of bridal portraits and squeezed in some family shots before the ceremony.

The gorgeous ceremony took place in front of the house gates. Seeing Amanda walk down the aisle with the house as the background was so grand! My team even captured some drone shots during the ceremony. Also, their parents were invited up to the alter to fill a planter to signify their love! I had never seen that done before but I’m a huge fun. I’m plant obsessed.

After the ceremony, cocktail hour began at the cotton dock. Meanwhile, I shot all the family photos under the epic moss draped trees and then captured a few more of the couple solo. The venue never disappoints and I was able to capture frame worthy Boone Hall wedding pictures for the sweet couple.

Succeeding photos, the couple made their grand entrance and jumped right into first dances. The decor was elegant and the space was draped with white linens, lots of greenery and gold accents. Also, they opted for mostly light pink and white flowers and a bunch of luscious roses. Additionally, they had a large white and gold bar that everyone loved. Above all, they had little plane figurines on the table setting since they are both pilots.

After dinner and cake cutting, the crowd got wild with Charleston Groove Factory. They played a variety of music and had the place lighting up like a club!

To conclude, the dancing filled night ended with a sparkler exit and the couple riding off in a golf cart.
