Lowndes Grove Wedding

This gorgeous styled shoot was a creative collaboration with some of Charleston’s top wedding vendors! This shoot took place in downtown Charleston. It was created to inspire future brides who will be having a Lowndes Grove wedding and would like an ethereal aesthetic to their day. I’ve always wanted to photograph my own floral installation and Noah from the Bearded Florist made that happen! We began our day bright and early at Lowndes Grove, where Emily started hair and makeup with Lauren and Noah and his wife began building the insane floral installation. While I was photographing Emily outside, Anna put the final touches on the tablesape.

COMING SOON TO THE WHITE WREN!

Lowndes Grove Shoot Extras

Fun Fact: The hit show Outer Banks is filmed at this venue. It’s shown as Sarah Cameron’s character’s house.

Shoot Type: Styled Wedding Shoot

Favorite Moment: When Lauren looked at me and said “I think everyone understood the assignment.” After we finished, we were all in awe of how it came together in such a short time frame.

Funny Moment: Me trying to discreetly make tik-toks of myself and getting caught

Favorite Detail: the flower installation OBVIOUSLY. Flowers are my new favorite hobby and I really wish I had half as much talent with them as Noah and his wife! I’m always trying to make little projects with trader Joes flowers and they’re pretty laughable.

As a result of our collaboration, this photoshoot will be published and featured in November by the White Wren and I couldn’t be more excited!

Above all, another big thank you to all the amazing wedding vendors that made this Lowndes Grove wedding shoot happen. Working with you was incredible!
